Creamy Cucumber Dressing recipe

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

In a blender, combine the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.
