Crunchy Chinese Slaw recipe


    2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Chinese cabbage (napa or savoy), shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli, broken into small florets
  • 1/2 cup canned water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 cup red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Chinese noodles, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing

    Instructions:

  • In mixing bowl, combine first five ingredients.
  • Add 3/4 cup Chinese noodles and mix lightly.
  • In small bowl, mix together slaw dressing and ginger; pour over vegetables and toss together.
  • Garnish with remaining 1/4 cup Chinese noodles.
  • Serve immediately.
