2 cups cholesterol-free egg product 2 frozen BOCA Meatless Smoked Sausages, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices6 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese1/4 cup finely chopped onion1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
