Ingredients:
2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and chopped1 cup sour cream1 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, cilantro, cumin and salt.Mix well.Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
