Curried Chicken and Rice Salad recipe |

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast1/2 cup celery, sliced1/4 cup green onions, chopped1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup sour cream1/4 cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons peach or mango chutney2 teaspoons ground curry powder3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt2 tablespoons pine nuts
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the rice, chicken, celery, green onions, bell peppers, sour cream, mayonnaise, chutney, curry and salt.Mix well, cover and refrigerate until chilled.Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
