Ingredients:
1/2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust6 eggs1 cup white sugar2 cups milk1 pinch salt1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Beat eggs with a whisk. Beat in sugar, milk, and salt. Pour filling into pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top.Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for an additional 45 minutes.
