Custard Pie I recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Instructions:

  • Beat eggs with a whisk.
  • Beat in sugar, milk, and salt.
  • Pour filling into pie crust.
  • Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for an additional 45 minutes.
