Donna's Sherry Wine Cake recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup dry sherry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

    Instructions:

  • Prepare a bundt pan by oiling the sides.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Blend all ingredients until well moistened.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until done.
  • Remove cake from oven, and cool.
  • Dust top with confectioners' sugar.
