Double Layer Chocolate Pie from Kellogg's recipe


    8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 KEEBLER® READY CRUST® Chocolate Pie Crust
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups cold milk

    Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
  • Spread on bottom of crust.
  • In a second bowl, stir pudding mix into remaining milk until well blended.
  • (Mixture will be thick.
  • ) Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
