Easy Pear Crisp recipe


    6 servings

Ingredients:

  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
  • 3 graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup light butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  •  
  • Filling
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced Bartlett pears
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    Instructions:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray an 8X8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Set aside.
  • PLACE all topping ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  • Blend until crumbly.
  • Set asideTOSS together all filling ingredients.
  • Place in prepared baking pan.
  • Cover with topping.
  • BAKE in preheated oven 40-45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
