Ingredients:
Topping1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular3 graham crackers1/4 cup light butter1 teaspoon cinnamon2 tablespoons all-purpose flour Filling3 cups peeled and sliced Bartlett pears2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular1 tablespoon lemon juice3 tablespoons water1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.Spray an 8X8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.Set aside.PLACE all topping ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.Blend until crumbly.Set asideTOSS together all filling ingredients.Place in prepared baking pan.Cover with topping.BAKE in preheated oven 40-45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
