Easy Sausage-Pasta Soup recipe |

Ingredients:
2 pounds sweet Italian sausage, casings removed1 cup chopped onion2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped3 1/2 cups beef broth2 cups water1/4 pound salami, cut into strips2 1/2 cups rotini pasta
Instructions:
In a heavy pot over medium heat cook crumbled sausage and onions and drain well.Stir in tomatoes, broth, water, and salami, heat to a boil.Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.Add rotini, and simmer 15 minutes more or until pasta is done.
