Ingredients:
10 slices bacon1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained1/2 cup salsa1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese1/3 cup chopped green onions1 cup diced tomatoes1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.Drain, crumble and set aside.In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir the spinach, salsa, cream cheese and green onions until the cream cheese has melted.Mix in the crumbled bacon and tomatoes.Remove from heat.Mix in the mozzarella cheese, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
