Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables (brussels sprouts, cauliflower and carrots) , thawed8 ounces mushrooms, quartered1/4 cup chopped red onion1 (8 ounce) bottle SEVEN SEAS VIVA Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing
Instructions:
Cut brussels sprouts in half; mix with remaining ingredients.Cover.Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
