Ingredients:
3 eggs1 cup white sugar1/4 cup butter, melted2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Bake pie shell at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 5 minutes.Set aside.Combine melted butter or margarine, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Add beaten eggs, and blend well. Pour filling into partially baked pie shell.Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 to 55 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Do not overcook.
