Eggless Sweet Potato Casserole recipe |

Ingredients:
6 sweet potato -- cooked, peeled and mashed1/4 cup evaporated milk1/4 cup orange juice1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup white sugar1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons butter, melted1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/3 cup butter, melted3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease one 2 quart casserole dish and set aside.Blend together the sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, orange juice, vanilla, sugar, salt, 3 tablespoons butter, nutmeg and cinnamon.Pour into prepared casserole dish.Prepare the topping by mixing together the 1/3 cup butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans.Sprinkle over casserole and bake for 45 minutes or until hot.
