Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter1 cup white sugar3 eggs3/4 cup light corn syrup1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/2 cup chopped pecans2 tablespoons bourbon1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Cream sugar and butter or margarine together until light and fluffy. Beat eggs, and add with corn syrup, salt, and vanilla to the creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and bourbon. Pour filling into crust.Place pie on lowest rack in oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
