Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) can fava beans, drained2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped1 small onion, diced1 cucumber, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 lemon, juiced3 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon ground cuminsalt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine fava beans, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber in a salad bowl.Toss with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil.Season with cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
