Ingredients:
1 cup LAND O LAKES ® Butter, softened*2 tablespoons dry white wine or sherry1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley*3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves**1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
Instructions:
Beat butter in small bowl at medium speed until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining ingredients; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
