1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cups bread flour3/4 cup oat bran1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 cup vital wheat gluten1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
Instructions:
Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust.Start.
