2 ripe tomatoes, diced2 green bell peppers, diced1 white onion, diced1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, for garnish1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 jalapeno chile pepper, diced
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, green bell peppers, white onion, cilantro, lemon juice and jalapeno chile pepper.Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
