Ingredients:
1 (12 fluid ounce) can spinach, drained1 egg1/4 cup milk1 tablespoon bacon bits
Instructions:
Place spinach in a large skillet.Whisk egg, milk and bacon bits together in a small bowl, then pour mixture into the skillet with spinach.Cook over a medium-low heat; stirring frequently until most of the moisture is absorbed into the spinach.Serve warm.
