Fruited Yogurt Shake recipe


    6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cold fat free milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) package JELL-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling, any flavor
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks

    Instructions:

  • Pour milk into blender container.
  • Add remaining ingredients; cover.
  • Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Serve at once or refrigerate and stir before serving.
  • (Mixture thickens as it stands.
  • Thin with additional milk, if desired.
