G's Flank Steak Marinade recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon minced onion1 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 (1 1/2-pound) beef flank steak
Instructions:
In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, ginger and pepper.Coat steak with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.Grill steak for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
