Garbage Fried Potatoes recipe |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil4 large baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced1 medium onion, chopped1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 green bell pepper, seeded and choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the potatoes, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you think they are about halfway done.Mix in the mushrooms, red pepper and green pepper.Continue to cook and stir until potatoes are golden brown and somewhat crisp, about 15 more minutes.Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
