Glen's Cheese Sauce recipe
    16 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup cooking sherry
  • 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Instructions:

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in flour, paprika, mustard, pepper and salt.
  • Pour in milk and sherry; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Stir in Swiss and Cheddar cheeses.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until melted and well blended.
