Green Bean Salad with Grilled Fillets recipe


    2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (7.6 ounce) package Gorton's® Grilled Fillets (any flavor)
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen green beans
  • 4 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 cup Balsamic Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

    Instructions:

  • Cook a package of Grilled Fillets according to instructions on package.
  • Blanch 1 pound of fresh green beans in water to desired crunch or cook frozen according to package directions.
  • Slice red onion and fresh basil into thin strips.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Combine blanched green beans, red onion, basil, and cherry tomatoes in bowl.
  • Toss to coat with dressing and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Place salad in bowl and top with cooked Grilled Fillets.
