Green Beans with Bacon Dressing recipe |

Ingredients:
6 slices bacon2 eggs, well beaten1/3 cup vinegar1/2 cup water3 tablespoons white sugar1/4 teaspoon salt2 (15 ounce) cans green beans
Instructions:
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.Drain, reserving drippings, crumble and set aside.In a medium bowl beat together the eggs, vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Cook in the bacon drippings over low heat, stirring constantly.Heat green beans in a saucepan over medium heat. Drain and transfer to a serving dish. Pour hot dressing mixture over beans and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
