Ingredients:
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar1/4 cup white wine vinegar2 bunches green onions1 bunch fresh parsley2 (2 ounce) cans anchovy filets2 cloves garlic1 teaspoon salt1 lemon, juiced2 cups mayonnaise
Instructions:
Puree vinegars, onions, parsley, anchovies, garlic, and salt in a blender until well combined. Blend in mayonnaise and serve.
