Grilled Salmon Piccata recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (6.3 ounce) package Gorton's® Grilled Salmon1 tablespoon olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup fresh lemon juice3/4 cup dry white wine, or chicken broth1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon flour1/3 cup capers1/4 cup fresh parsley, choppedSalt and pepper to taste1/2 (16 ounce) package pasta of choice
Instructions:
Cook fillets and pasta according to package directions.In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.Add lemon juice, wine or chicken broth and bring to a boil.Mix flour with butter and whisk into sauce stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.Stir in capers and parsley and season with salt and pepper.Cut fillets into pieces and place on pasta.Pour sauce over fillets and pasta and serve.
