Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white sugar1 teaspoon baking soda2 cups all-purpose flour2 eggs1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice1 cup chopped walnuts3/4 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 x 13 inch pan.In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts, and coconut. Pour into prepared pan.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
