Hawaiian Wedding Cake I recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut

    Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease one 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand.
  • Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice.
  • Stir in nuts, and coconut.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Cool on wire racks.
