Hayley's Homemade Lemon Cordial recipe
    20 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar

    Instructions:

  • In a saucepan combine sugar, water and cream of tartar.
  • Heat until sugar is dissolved but don't boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add lemon essence and let mixture cool.
