Healthier Pie Crust recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ice water

    Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut.
  • Stir in oil and water.
  • Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
