Ingredients:
2 cups biscuit mix1/4 cup butter, melted1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)2 large eggs3/4 cup sour cream1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided2 tablespoons light brown sugar1/2 cup chopped pecans1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions:
Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour batter into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish.Stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon melted butter and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool cake in dish on a wire rack 10 minutes, and cut into squares to serve.
