Holiday Coffee Cake recipe


    8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

    Instructions:

  • Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  • Stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon melted butter and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool cake in dish on a wire rack 10 minutes, and cut into squares to serve.
