Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat2 cups chopped celery1/2 cup chopped salted almonds1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper2 tablespoons minced onion2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers3/4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese3 cups crushed potato chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, bell pepper, onion, pimento, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.Mix well and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.Top with grated cheese and the crushed potato chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
