Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie recipe |

Ingredients:
5 eggs1 1/4 cups white sugar1/2 tablespoon salt3/4 cup butter1 cup light corn syrup3/4 cup Irish cream liqueur1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips2 cups macadamia nuts1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. Cool.
