Italian Appetizer - Bagna Cauda recipe


    8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Instructions:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the olive oil and butter.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Heat until butter melts, then add garlic.
  • Cook until garlic has softened but not browned.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in cream.
  • Serve warm.
