Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini beans, with liquid1 bunch fresh basil, chopped1 pint grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped1 clove garlic, mincedsalt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, beans, basil, tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
