Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups white sugar1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1 pinch ground nutmeg1/2 cup butter4 eggs1 cup milk1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Mix together the sugar, flour and spices. Stir in butter. Beat in eggs and add milk and vanilla. Mix well.Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C), then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake 30 minutes more or until pie sets.
