Lawry's Lasagna recipe


    8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (3 ounce) package Lawry's® Economy Original Style Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Garlic Powder With Parsley
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

    Instructions:

  • Brown ground beef; drain fat.
  • Stir in Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  • Combine ricotta cheese and Garlic Powder With Parsley.
  • In separate bowl, combine 2 cups mozzarella cheese with Parmesan cheese.
  • In 13x9x2-inch baking dish layer 1/4 of meat sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 of ricotta mixture and 1/3 of mozzarella-Parmesan mixture; repeat layers 2 times ending with meat sauce.
  • Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes; top with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 1 to 2 additional minutes.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
