Layered Party Slaw recipe |

Ingredients:
1 medium head Cabbage, shredded or chopped1/2 medium head Cauliflower, chopped8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled2 cups Frozen Green Peas, thawed2 cups sliced Fresh Mushrooms 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 1/4 cups Marzetti® Slaw Dressing2 medium Tomatoes, cut into wedges
Instructions:
In a large glass bowl, layer cabbage, cauliflower, four slices of bacon, peas, mushrooms and onions. Top with cheese, remaining bacon and dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Top with tomatoes before serving. Garnish with chopped Parsley or bacon if desired.
