Lemony Skillet Chicken and Shallots recipe |

Ingredients:
2 Tyson® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning1 tablespoon butter or margarine2 small shallots, sliced3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Wash hands.Sprinkle chicken evenly with seasoning.Wash hands.Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.Add chicken and half of the shallot.Cover; cook 5 minutes.Turn chicken over.Cover; cook 3 minutes longer.Stir in remaining shallot and lemon juice.Cover; reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shallot is tender, juice is slightly thickened and chicken is done (internal temp 180 degrees F).
