Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) unbaked (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell2 large eggs1 (30 ounce) can LIBBY'S® Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix2/3 cup NESTLE® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees F.BEAT eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell.BAKE for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. (Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.)
