Low-Carb Beef Fajitas recipe |

Ingredients:
2 pounds steak, sliced1 cup green bell pepper, sliced1 cup red bell pepper, sliced1 cup onion, sliced2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons fajita seasoning4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated4 tablespoons sour cream4 tablespoons guacamole
Instructions:
In a large skillet, saute pepper, onion and fajita seasoning in butter until tender. Remove from skillet and cook beef slices until cooked through.Add peppers and onions, mix and heat through. Remove from heat.Sprinkle cheese over meat, serve with sour cream and guacamole.
