Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce12 manicotti shells
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add manicotti shells and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage; drain and keep hot. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, 1 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese and sausage.Stuff noodles with cheese and sausage mixture; place in baking dish.Pour sauce over top of noodles and sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
