Marinated Chicken Salad recipe |

Ingredients:
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite size pieces2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon olive oil1 tablespoon white sugar1 tablespoon water1 1/2 cups mixed salad greens1 hard-cooked egg6 large black olives6 small green olives2 radishes3 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions:
Mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, white sugar, and water.Combine marinade with chicken pieces in a plastic bag. Leave in bag for 1 hour.Cook drained chicken in a skillet until done, about 10 minutes.Assemble greens, egg, olives, radishes, and crumbled bacon on a dinner plate. Top with chicken.
