Mediterranean Fish Fillet Casserole recipe |

Ingredients:
6 Gorton's® Crunchy Golden, Garlic & Herb or Lemon Herb Fish Fillets3 cups cooked rice1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained1 medium onion, chopped2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/3 cup pitted ripe olives1/3 cup crumbled Feta or grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Place uncooked Gorton's Fillets in the bottom of an ungreased 10x6 inch baking dish.Mix all ingredients except cheese and spoon evenly over fillets.Cover and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.Sprinkle with cheese.Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
