Ingredients:
5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1 cup white rice flour1/3 cup cornstarch1 cup soy sauce1 1/2 tablespoons salt1/2 cup white sugar1 cup chopped green onions6 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon cayenne pepper5 eggs
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, sugar, green onions, garlic, cayenne pepper and eggs.Mix well.Add the chicken and marinate for 24 hours, refrigerated.Remove from refrigerator, deep fry and serve.
