Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust1/4 cup unsalted butter1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 pinch ground cloves1 pinch salt1 cup dark corn syrup3 eggs1 1/4 cups wheat and barley flake cereal
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a medium mixing bowl, cream together butter or margarine and brown sugar.Mix in cinnamon, cloves, and salt.Add corn syrup and blend until smooth.Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.Gently stir in cereal.Pour mixture into pastry shell.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Cool before serving.
