Mystery Pork Casserole recipe
    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops, well trimmed
  • 1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed oxtail soup
  • 1/3 cup water

    Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place the pork chops into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Add the apple and raisins.
  • Pour the soup and water into a small bowl, and mix together.
  • Pour the soup over the pork chops.
  • Bake covered, for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
  • Serve hot with rice or noodles.
