4 cups all-purpose flour2 cups butter flavored shortening1 tablespoon white sugar1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup ice water1 egg1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt.Add ice water, vinegar and egg.Beat to combine.
