Noodle Kugel (Kosher) recipe


    12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S Cottage Cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon imitation vanilla
  • 1 (12 ounce) package broad egg noodles, cooked, rinsed, drained (Kosher for Passover)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

    Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients except noodles and cinnamon sugar until well blended.
  • Stir in noodles.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  • Cool at least 10 minutes; cut into squares.
  • Serve warm.
