Noodle Kugel (Kosher) recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S Cottage Cheese1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream1 cup white sugar5 eggs, beaten1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted 1 tablespoon imitation vanilla1 (12 ounce) package broad egg noodles, cooked, rinsed, drained (Kosher for Passover)1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except noodles and cinnamon sugar until well blended. Stir in noodles.Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool at least 10 minutes; cut into squares. Serve warm.
